Local Celebrity Portrait – Joseph Citro

At the point of writing this article Joseph “Joe” Citro is a Tampa leader who is running for the City of Tampa Council District 1, which is a city-wide seat. He has been involved with the city of Tampa leadership in some shape of form for the past 16 years and his goal is to make Tampa and its residents a better place.
