Realtor Photoshoot Pricing

The final investment depends entirely on your preferences for the type of photoshoot, how many images you select, or the size of any wall art. Don’t worry, I’ll walk you through everything during our consultation. Take a look at my starting prices below:

A single image costs $625. If you opt for one of my collections, they include both images and products, with prices ranging from $3,000 to $6,500. Wall art starts at $650 and goes up from there. If you are being published with a Real Producer Magazine, you have an additional discount available to you for a short period of time.

To book a photoshoot, I ask all my clients with the exception of Real Producer clients, for a non-refundable deposit of $1,250 for a 2-hr photoshoot, $625 for a 1-hr photoshoot, or $312 for a 30-minute headshot. You pay the deposit when booking and the remaining balance is due at the viewing, where we select your collection and customize your products.

You can buy any of the images at any time. We d do not delete them. However, the 50% off real producer special is available only for 30 days after your photoshoot. So, if you’d like to get the images you love at a price available to those who are published with Real Producer Magazine, you have 30 days after your photoshoot to purchase them with the 50% discount. After that you can get then at the full rates available to all other customers. 

Yes of course. Not everyone needs a set of prints or wall art and we totally understand that. You will receive a digital copy of every portrait you select and if you want just digitals, that’s fine too. The cost is the same because the digital negative is just as important as a portrait on the wall. Remember, your hard drive will crash, your phone will break, and your computer may get a virus, but the portrait on your wall will always be with you. 

We offer Wall Art, Folio Boxes, Albums, and much more. Above you can see product options and starting rates. When you see the portraits during the reveal session, we will have made the basic retouching to show you close to the final product. However, an additional enhancement to soften facial lines and remove blemishes can and will be done prior to placing the portrait order. All detailed retouching is included in the total cost of the portrait. 

Depending on your choice of framing and product, your digital images will be ready within one week. From there, your products will be ready for pick-up or delivery within 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
