Terms and Conditions of Allie Serrano Portraits
Luxury Portrait Photography Studio -Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. The following is a legal agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Allie Serrano Portraits, LLC (“Allie Serrano Portraits,” “Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which governs your use of the products and services purchased from Allie Serrano Portraits.
By purchasing or booking any service or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any photography agreement, contract, model release, or other agreement provided to you and signed in connection with your photoshoot.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase services from the Studio.
What We Do
Allie Serrano Portraits, LLC provides professional portrait photography services, including personal branding portraits, professional headshots, glamour portraits, boudoir photography, family portraits, editorial portraits, and other customized photography experiences.
The Studio may also offer professional hair and makeup, wardrobe guidance, styling, retouching, digital images, wall art, albums, and other photographic products.
Artistic Control
You are hiring Allie Serrano Portraits for our professional experience, creative direction, and artistic ability. The Studio maintains artistic control over lighting, posing, composition, editing, retouching, image selection, and final artistic presentation.
While client preferences and requests are welcomed and considered, the Studio cannot guarantee that every requested image, pose, style, or concept will be created.
Booking & Retainer
Your date is reserved when your retainer and signed agreement are received.
A booking retainer is required to reserve your photoshoot date and time. Your photoshoot is not officially booked until both the required retainer and signed agreement have been received by the Studio.
The booking retainer is generally 50% of the selected photoshoot experience unless otherwise stated in writing by the Studio.
The retainer compensates the Studio for reserving your date and time and for the planning and preparation associated with your photoshoot, which may include consultation, wardrobe planning, styling, location planning, professional hair and makeup coordination, and other preparation.
The booking retainer is non-refundable.
The Studio does not hold dates or times indefinitely without payment. Until the retainer and signed agreement are received, the requested date and time remain available to other clients.
Any agreed-upon travel fees, location fees, or other expenses that are required at the time of booking will also be due as specified by the Studio.
Cancelling & Rescheduling
Your retainer reserves your date and time.
Because the Studio reserves your date exclusively for you, the booking retainer is non-refundable if you cancel your photoshoot.
If you need to reschedule, please contact the Studio as soon as possible.
With at least 14 days’ notice, your booking retainer may be transferred to one new available photoshoot date.
Rescheduling is limited to one time. The new date is subject to Studio availability and must be scheduled within 12 months of the original booking date.
Requests to reschedule with less than 14 days’ notice may result in the loss of the booking retainer. A new retainer may be required to schedule another photoshoot.
If you cancel your photoshoot, fail to appear for your scheduled appointment, or do not provide sufficient notice to reschedule, your booking retainer will be forfeited.
The Studio may make exceptions at its discretion in cases involving genuine emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.
Force Majeure
Events beyond reasonable control
If a photoshoot cannot take place because of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Studio or Client, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government action, acts of war, civil unrest, or other extraordinary circumstances, the Studio will work with the Client to reschedule the photoshoot.
When reasonably possible, the booking retainer will be transferred to the new photoshoot date
Invoices & Payments
Photography and products must be paid in full before delivery.
After the photoshoot, the Client will meet with the Photographer either in person or virtually for an image reveal and ordering appointment.
During this appointment, the Client will review the images created during the photoshoot and select the images and products they wish to purchase.
The final invoice will be determined based on the Client’s selections and the products or images purchased.
The booking retainer will be credited toward the applicable photography experience as specified in the Client’s agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all remaining balances are due at the time of the ordering appointment.
No digital images, wall art, albums, or other products will be released or placed into production until the applicable invoice has been paid in full.
Once an order for photographic products or digital images has been placed and payment has been processed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
All sales are final.
Image Selection & Privacy
During the image reveal and ordering appointment, the Client will select the images they wish to purchase.
The Studio does not guarantee that every image captured during a photoshoot will be presented for purchase. Images may be removed during the professional editing and culling process due to technical issues, duplication, artistic considerations, or other reasons.
The Studio will only deliver the final images selected and purchased by the Client.
Clients may request that specific images not be used for Studio marketing. Such requests should be made during the image reveal and ordering appointment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client grants Allie Serrano Portraits permission to use images created during the photoshoot for the Studio’s portfolio, website, social media, advertising, publications, educational materials, and other promotional purposes.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
The Studio retains copyright ownership of all images created.
All photographic materials created by Allie Serrano Portraits, including original files, RAW files, proofs, previews, edited images, and other photographic materials, remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of the Studio.
The purchase of digital images or printed products does not transfer copyright ownership to the Client.
Clients receive a personal-use license for purchased digital images unless a separate written commercial license or usage agreement has been provided.
The Client may not sell, sublicense, commercially license, materially alter, or otherwise distribute purchased images without written permission from the Studio.
Business clients who intend to use photographs for advertising, marketing campaigns, publications, commercial purposes, or other commercial applications should discuss intended usage with the Studio before purchase.
Client Usage
Purchased digital images may be used for personal and agreed-upon business purposes according to the license provided by the Studio.
The Client may print, display, and share purchased images on personal websites and social media.
The Client may not resell, license, submit for commercial stock use, materially alter, or otherwise distribute the images outside the permitted usage without written permission from the Studio.
When reasonably possible, the Client agrees to credit Allie Serrano Portraits when sharing images publicly.
Failure to Perform by the Studio
If the Studio is unable to perform the agreed-upon services because of illness, emergency, equipment failure, fire, casualty, or circumstances beyond the Studio’s reasonable control, the Studio will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the photoshoot.
If the photoshoot cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the Studio’s liability will be limited to returning amounts paid for the unperformed photography services. The Studio will have no further liability for consequential or incidental damages.
Travel & Additional Fees
Photoshoots taking place more than 30 miles from the Studio may be subject to additional travel fees.
Travel fees will be discussed with the Client in advance and may include mileage, transportation, airfare, lodging, parking, or other travel-related expenses.
Any required travel expenses will be disclosed and agreed upon before the photoshoot.
Hair & Makeup Services
When the Studio coordinates professional hair and/or makeup services through an independent contractor, those services are provided by the independent contractor.
The Client is responsible for informing the hair and makeup professional of any known allergies, sensitivities, or relevant concerns before services are performed.
Allie Serrano Portraits is not responsible for reactions or issues arising from products or services provided by an independent contractor.
Liability
The Client agrees to assume reasonable responsibility for their own personal safety and belongings during the photoshoot.
The Studio will take reasonable precautions during the photoshoot but cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage except as otherwise required by applicable law.
The Client is responsible for informing the hair and makeup professional of any known allergies, sensitivities, or relevant concerns before services are performed.
Allie Serrano Portraits is not responsible for reactions or issues arising from products or services provided by an independent contractor.
Refund Policy
Photography services, digital images, and photographic products are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or specifically agreed to in writing by the Studio.
All completed photographic product orders are final.
Privacy
Allie Serrano Portraits respects the privacy of its clients and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
All disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Florida law and in the appropriate jurisdiction.
Allie Serrano Portraits, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect at the time of booking will generally govern that booking, unless otherwise required by law.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
General Use
Gift cards may be used toward eligible photography services and/or products offered by Allie Serrano Portraits, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the service or product purchased.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Booking & Redemption
Advance booking is required. Gift card holders must contact the Studio to schedule their photoshoot, and all appointments are subject to availability.
Gift cards do not guarantee availability for a particular date or time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Gift card bookings are subject to the Studio’s standard cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Failure to provide required notice or a no-show may result in the applicable gift card value being forfeited or reduced.
Promotions
Gift cards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless specifically stated by the Studio.
Pricing Changes
Photography and product prices are subject to change. If the price of the selected service or product exceeds the gift card value, the Client is responsible for the difference.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
