As a professional portrait studio and the leading Apollo Beach boudoir photographer, my mission is simple, for you to love yourself and for you to feel empowered.
My goal is to show women (and men) that they don’t have to hide anymore. Many of my clients hide from the camera and are afraid of seeing themselves in photos. I want to inspire women that feel this way that they are beautiful and confident. It fills my heart when a woman we just photographed sees her portraits for the first time and says “Wow, I am beautiful.” At the end of the day, we will capture incredible portraits of you that you’ll love and that will empower you personally and professionally.
Boudoir Photoshoot Doesn't have to be a scary thing to
booking a boudoir photoshoot can be a scary thing but it doesn't have to be - it's a lot of fun
I want you to feel safe. Booking a boudoir photoshoot can be a very scary thing. Am I good enough? Am I pretty enough? Many of those questions come up during that moment.
It’s completely normal to feel nervous or scared before a boudoir photoshoot. Boudoir photography involves taking intimate and sensual photos that capture the subject’s beauty and confidence. For many people, this can feel daunting, especially if they’re not used to being in front of the camera.
However, there are ways to make the experience less intimidating. First, choose a photographer you feel comfortable with and trust. Look at their portfolio to see if their style matches what you want, and read reviews from past clients to see if they had a positive experience.
Next, prepare for the shoot by practicing poses in front of a mirror and choosing outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. Communicate your needs and boundaries with your photographer, and discuss any concerns or questions you have beforehand.
During the shoot, remember to breathe and take breaks if you need to. Your photographer should create a supportive and safe environment where you can express yourself freely.
Lastly, try to approach the experience with a positive attitude and an open mind. Boudoir photography can be a transformative and empowering experience that celebrates your unique beauty and sexuality.
I want you to feel empowered
I approach BOUDOIR photoshoot differently - I want you to feel empowered and proud of who you are
I approach boudoir differently. I want you to feel empowered and proud of who you are. So And so I style a boudoir photoshoot with that in mind.
1. You can wear whatever you are comfortable with
It’s not about what you wear. It is about your relationship with yourself and your body and that can be captured in lingerie just as it can be in a cute red or black dress. We create a safe space for you to open up, and go with the flow. At any point, you have always the right to say that you want to change outfits and move on. Your comfort is our priority.
2. We share only the photos you approve
During your image review appointment, we go over the images we captured of you, and together we create your custom collection. This is also when we have you select which, if any, images you approve of us posting on social media. If you’d like to keep them all private, that’s ok too.
3. We encourage you to wear at least 1 pretty red or black dress
I know you have one of these in your closet ladies. And I know that you don’t have enough reasons to wear it. So, the first look we capture of you will always be a cute dress that’s in your closet. But is it a boudoir, you ask? Yes, absolutely. It’s all about the posing and direction. And it’s all about you feeling great being photographed.
4. I will guide you every step of the way
Unless you are a trained professional model, I don’t expect you to know how to pose for the camera. I spent many years practicing the craft of guiding my clients during the photoshoot in a way that captures their true personality and their best self, in a way that makes everyone look their best. So, don’t worry and trust me. I’ve got you 🙂
